Salim in QfG3
Salim Nafs is a hippy apothecary with a fascination with plants. He first held a shop in Tarna where he concocted a variety of pills, but rarely made potions. When the Prince of Shapeir arrived in Tarna, he told Salim of his experiences with Julanar -- immediately, Salim felt a connection to the woman. Shortly afterwards, when the Hero spoke to Salim about creating a dispel potion Salim offered to give him the potion for free if the adventurer would collect the ingredients. The Hero also collected a honeybird feather that Salim could use in his healing pills.
After the caravans began to travel between Tarna and Shapeir once again, Salim traveled with them to the Shapeirian Desert and set up a camp by Julanar. After just a few days, she was transformed into a human. They were married and traveled to Silmaria, where they set up an apothecary. Soon afterwards, the Prince of Shapeir arrived. Salim immediately offered his services to the Hero, and requested that if the adventurer found any useful ingredients he bring them by. The Hero brought Salim Pegasus Feathers which Salim could use to create his stamina pills and vitality potions.

When Ugarte was poisoned, Salim began to try to treat the poison in his system. After Rasha Rakeesh SahTarna was also poisoned, Salim began to search for the plant that was the primary ingredient in the poison. Whilst doing this, he was also called upon to take care of the drugged, comatose wizards Erasmus and Shakra sah Tarna. Eventually, however, the Hero brought the apothecary a sample of the Drugged Chocolates used to put the wizards into their deep sleep. While on the isle of Delos, the Hero discovered a black lotus flower, which turned out to be the missing ingredient in the venom that the assassin had been using. Finally, when the Hero returned from Hades, he brought Lethe Water with him -- this allowed Erasmus and Shakra to be saved from the drug they had fallen victim to.
