Halueth Never was the Sun Elf founder of the city of Neverwinter. He led the elves of Illiyanbruen in battle against the Illuskan expansion and was victorious.
His tomb lies beneath Castle Never and is guarded by the swords of the first Neverwinter Nine, whose tombs are also located beneath their city. The artifacts left behind by these founders of the city are considered quite valuable, so when the Hero of Neverwinter was able to recover the Ancient Chronicles of Halueth Never and several other artifacts, it was a fantastic discovery.
