Siril the Baker was a very skilled baker with a shop in the Beggar's Nest district of Neverwinter. He possessed a Leavened Bread Recipe that was of interest to the Gnome Boddyknock Glinkle.
Unfortunately, Siril was killed during the zombie infestation of the district, though whether his death was caused by zombies or by the Wailing Death is unclear. Upon finding his body, the Hero of Neverwinter was able to retrieve the recipe for his gnomish companion.
