A Blacklake Citizen listens to Formosa
The Blacklake Citizens are mostly the richer members of Neverwinter society. When the Wailing Death ravaged the city, the aloof citizens of Blacklake remained largely unaffected once they quarantined themselves off from the rest of the city. Many of the citizens were outraged by the actions of the wizard Meldanen. The poorer class of the Blacklake District is comprised of private guards and servants.
Only humans, elves, gnomes, and half-elves are known to live in the Blacklake district.
