Blood Elf Scouts were member of Kael'thas Sunstrider's army that stowed away aboard the Exodar and sabotaged the vessel, causing it to crash on the Azuremyst Isles. Many of them survived the crash, and kept an eye on the Draenei survivors who had landed in Ammen Vale. Tolaan asked some adventurers to kill several of these Blood Elves to help protect the Draenei.
