Billiam is a rather harsh nobleman of Neverwinter's Blacklake District. He was a frequent visitor of the Blacklake Zoo until the Hero of Neverwinter freed the animals there. He enjoyed other brutal past times, such as hunting with his son Hubert. His wife Lady Zemeria and daughter Sally frequently disapprove of his attitude regarding animals.
