Archaeologist Adamant Ironheart is a Dwarf serving aboard one of Admiral Odesyus' ships. Although he was initially wary of the Draenei, he eventually warmed up to them. He is likely related to Marek Ironheart.
Adamant Ironheart was a member of King Magni Bronzebeard's elite guard until he discovered a love of archaeology and exploration. He left the King's service and joined the Explorer's League. Eventually, he found his way aboard one of Admiral Odesyus' ships.
When they landed on the Azuremyst Isles, he took a keen interest in the ruins of ancient Night Elven structures. When the Draenei adventurers discovered Odesyus' Landing, he asked them to find him ancient relics. While they did so, they discovered a Rune Covered Tablet. Although they brought the tablet to Priestess Kyleen Il'dinare, she asked Adamant to decipher the ancient text, which he gladly did.
